    The regions I am aware of are North America, Europe, Australia, and Japan. I dunno about South America or the rest of Asia though. So yes, Americans, Canadians, and Mexicans play together.

    Makes sense! Before I actually played, I was expecting regions to be much smaller: provinces, states, etc. The lobbies would be pretty slow to fill up.
