    your second reason is and "if" statement which throws it out the door right off the bat, people make guesses on how the game will work so yeah they might not have a customizable move set but

    even if they happen to be background characters (which would have been a great idea for the boxing ring stage, those peeps are just random people its weird)they would be differnt then the one fighting
