    its not as good as it was, last generation it could use hydration + rest in perminant rain for amazing bulk, and setup tail glow (+3 sp.atk stages)

    it is still usable, but with the new drizzle mechanic it is very limited and usually forced to bring its own rain, which limits it to one attack
