    Hmm... that's interesting, if you go on the Ubuntu website, youcan just directly download the .iso file, and if you open it, inside should be wubi.exe. This is the Windows installer, but if it isn't

    you just look on the website to get it. I have Windows 7, but id you got 13.10 you should get 12.04 LTS for extended support till 2017.
