It is! I got so frightened by how cruel space was that I literally fell off my chair.

@Mia, Short summary: Some satellite blows up from a missile, fellow astronauts got killed and the ISS got destroyed by debris, Ryan is a sole survivor who struggles to get back to earth.

@O'so, and she didn't. Thank gosh!!! If she did, I wouldn't stop crying. T~T

@Mia, the movie is more sad than the summary.... but at least it had a happy ending.

If a time machine was invented, I'd go back 7 years and tell my young self not to think about going to space. Space is pretty, yet it's cruel!! XD

When I saw the movie today at class, I lost all of my innocence about safety in space. Earth is beautiful, it has oxygen!! No debris or meteorites flying like bullets at you!!

At least you can get out of the way easier than getting stranded in oblivion watching yourself get hit.

@Storm, I was probably the only one in my class who cried. (At these moments, I'm emotionally weak. DX) But it is definitely amazing.

Yep. It was the last day for school until we come back the other Monday. My Gr. 8 teacher thought that it was a good day to watch some Sci-Fi.

In my logic: Space is part of science with mass, weight, air pressure, etc. And it's not a true story (I hope).

Some other people watched the movie. My mom also did when she was travelling to the Philippines. She said she didn't cry though. (... Yeee, I'm so weak!!)

... Well, emotionally weak, I mean. I'm one of the few who cried so hard during the movie. Probably 3.5/33 of the class.
