    First,that's a *ahem* black mage. Second,try equiping your 2 jobs:white mage for healing support and monk for hard hitting damage.

    Use Default till you have stored up 3 turns (having your white Mage heal when necessary) so you don't run your BP negative. Once you've stored 3 use brave and unleash a fury of powerful attacks such--

    --as summoning friends. I also recommend level grinding more before fighting him. If I remember right I was level 15 before I fought him and didn't have much trouble. Hope this all helps.
