    Personaly I find all of them should have had more moments that makes each of them seem a bit more special like more intense romances or having a level were you could play them instead of Shep.

    Zaeed Massani is a personal favourite of mine as he's probably one of the few where Shepard is forced to react to his actions (ME2 loyalty mission).

    Zaeed in ME 2. ME 3 would have to be Vega, he's an absolute tank. Especially with a particle rifle and piercing mod.
