    No, Icy Rock and Moss Rock is in this version too. Icy Rock is in Frost Cavern while Moss Rock is in Route 20.

    Lefeon you need to fo to that forest that leads to the place where Pokemon are free. Just walk around until you find a mossy rock. ^.^

    Exactly. But you can also trade them through people you get in Contact with (like friends, family or just people you trade from the GTS or getting their codes). Can't trade special Pokémon through GTS
