    Hard to tell without levels ^_- Do you have anybody on white/black magic, though? Kind of hard to tell. Some enemies in the temple are easier with silence or elemental spells.

    You seem like you should change Agnes into a white mage or black mage (w/ White Mage subclass) You need dat healing

    You do need dat healz. Agnés has a slight mind boost, making her the best choice for a healer.

    Should be good to go, though it's best to keep Agnes in a magic strong job. Black/White mage is the way to go, with the other magic in the job command.

    There's little need for leveling in this game, as long as you defeat enemies and don't alter your encounter rate. Later on, strategy is more important than levels.

    I'm using edema as a knight/freelancer, ringabel as a merchant/black Mage, tiz as a monk/freelancer, and Agnes as the thief/white mage

    Agnes has the highest natural magic stats, so she's naturally healer. Each character has default high stats; Tiz is HP, Agnes is magics, Edea is attack I think?, and Ringabel is speed.

    Edea's also got second highest mind, if I remember correctly. The other stats vary between them all, so checking the stats out and building from that helps a lot.
