    Don't know.... It did this before and after cleaning it multiple times i just gave up and got a new one and the new one worked

    Your problem isn't your disc. It's the laser that reads the disc, more than likely; especially if you've used multiple, new discs with the same result. The laser lens needs to be cleaned.

    Unfortunately, no. The only way I do it is opening the console and clean it myself. Don't do that though. You could mess things up if you don't know what you're doing. Those triwing screws are somthng
