u beat people in side quests to get them i think it might be later in ur game based on ur lvl idk just guessing idk if there worth it though havent tried it out yet just wanted to help XD

spellfencer u get by defeating that tall guy dressed in black in ancheim i think u go in that castle place at night after awakening wind crystal maybe im not sure

time mage u get by defeating the king i think u get it at the same time as spellfencer i think unless im wrong about the spellfencer thing anyway hope that helps XD
