    Job setup + levels have a bigger impact than your character level. I'm at that point on Hard mode: you can fit your team to the mobs you're fighting. (Equips, abilities, etc). What jobs are you usin'?

    grinding wise, just go around the area of the fourth crystal in the air ship. also, you get get mucho denero by exploiting the merchants big pharma

    One very useful strategy is to level up one of your party members to a master black Mage and use the last ability it unlocks which allows you to cast magic like poison and sleep on all foes at once...

    Then change their primary job to arcanist. You will get the ability exterminate which does a ton of damage to poisoned enemies. It's great for taking on the bosses again and just normal grinding.
