    yeah, it's a stalemate because he CAN'T move on his turn, and he's not in check. and since there's NO passing on turns, it's a stalemate.

    Since he can't move UNLESS he moves into check/checkmate, that counts as a LOSS.

    not in chess. because chess requires you to put him into check for him to lose. and since he's not in check, neither wins.

    lol I used to think that made for a win too. I suspect that upon hearing this for the first time after thinking they've won a lot of people would be all "This game is stupid" and quit.
