    A number of factors. It requires you to be super boosted up, the enemy weakened, maybe throw High(?) Leverage, use a Special that ups attack, more boost supporting abilities...

    pretty much what chris said. have p.atk, critical hits, and hit limit up and of course have a good weapon and be leveled up. You do have to Bravery Second to go above 9999.

    look at this guest on my friends list...he has nothing equiped (gotta be using Natural Talent ability) and for power ups he has 150% p. Atk and 1000% critical
