    What chapter are you on? If you're on Chapter 5 or above, equip a growth egg, sub valkyrie on everyone, and defeat monsters outside of Florem for lots of exp.

    You can buy it after restoring Norende for 500,000 pg. I recommend buying the Golden egg first for 200,000 pg so you can get the growth egg more quickly.
