    Okay. First off you should stock up on echo herbs since khint can silence your party. Focus on taking him out first since he leaves at half health. Afterwards just make sure everyone has over 300 hp

    (continue) since the chairman can only do that much with one attack. But if he has extra bp he might use it twice per turn so be careful. After that it should be simple to take beat him.
