    Overall level doesn't matter in this game if your team is well-equiped. That said, your team structure could use some changing. Replace your arcanist and templar for a spiritmaster and performer.

    actually i just changed them... but the subjobs are salve maker, white mage, black magic, and vampirism...now my team jobs are freelancer, sword fencer...and a few others but i dont remember...is sage

    So for the Ninja and DK, I agree on your subjob choices of SM and vampirism, respectively. I'll assume you know the Drain methods of the DK, and the good offensive support of the SM.

    Spiritmaster goes well with white magic naturally, but I'd give your performer a bushido support over black magic. Keep MP usage in mind! Free Lunch helps with that lol.

    To summarize, a simple strat of buffing up your offensive characters while nullifying damage or ailments with Stillness and FW wins all battles.
