    Capcom said that developing the game on vita will cost more and slow down development time for the game. 3ds is cheaper and easier to develop games for.

    It's a business decision. The DS Family beat the PSP Family and the 2DS/3DS Family is keeping it going on the PS Vita. I think it's a smarter move even though Capcom has to abide by Nintendo's kid
