Quick question. How long does it take for a summoned friend to recharge before I can summon them again?

I don't think they come back anymore. You have to streetpass with them again or reupdate for new ones.

There is no "recharge", you need to streetpass them again or wait for them to "update data" with a new summon

You sure? So what, I just remove them from the friend summon list? and re-add them?

your friend will have to resend thier summon data. everytime you send an attack or healing magic, it overwrites the last one you sent.
