    I found out that you have to beat all, and i mean all of the quests before you can go to g-rank. Yeah you have to fight the DEVILJHO after Ivory Lagiacrus.

    Nick you don't have to beat all the quests to get to G-Rank, you just need to do the hr5 urgent quest.I think you're getting confused with village quests,she's talking about port quests.
