My first reaction to this game: Hm... this game is called bit boy... the main character is squarish... and he's red... could this be and incarnation of Super Meat Boy?

Kubi was created back in 2005 long before Meat Boy... but I wonder if Meat Boy may consist of Pixel Meat?
