    After you find out the IVs you can just reset the game to avoid finishing the battle. I'm an expert breeder and battler so I could answer any other breeding and IV questions you have

    Yes but it doesnt have to be two different regions. Only one of the pokemon has to be from a different place.

    Yeah breeding 2 Pokemon from 2 different regions gives you a better chance of getting shinies but I tried it by hatching about 30 Charmanders and I didn't get a shiny lol

    American and Japanese breeding pokemon will have higher chance. Two Japanese pokemon will not have a higher chance or two American pokemon will not have a higher chance

    talk to the person on the upper right hand side i think then he will give you the radar it helps you get shines but its really hard

    Well you need a big patch of grass and you need to use repels, when you've done that you need to keep defeating the Pokemon in the patches of grass that shake until you get a chain of 40
