    You'll need to buy a signup form for 50 medals first. If the island currently doesn't have it, then you're out of luck. If they do, you leave the island and talk to Kapp'n again.

    You have to add a dreamcode to your friendlist and then go to tne train station to visit someone elses town and you can make the deal there

    This isnt a friend code, its a dreamcode. Friendcodes are on your DS while the dream code is just for the game

    The dream code only applies to the dream suite. They let you visit another town in a dream. Friend codes allow you to actually visit the other person's town, which is required for trading.
