    Banjo and Kazooie are owned by rare, and rare is owned by Microsoft. Rareware was bought by Microsoft back in 2002.

    It isn't about being nice. Nintendo and Microsoft are competing, trying tp outdo each other it's unlikely for two rivals to drop everything and help the other.

    Nintendo only markets their intellectual property on their own systems/devices. Thats the point. Why would microsoft put their stuff on a nintendo consol when they won't return the favor.
