    I know right. They should just breed, have a random encounter, have gotten a gamestop event shiny, or get red gyrados from the lake of rage.

    Dratini is great to have. Looks like you'll have a lean mean green dragonite fighting machine. Oh you can get a shiny gyrados in lake of in heartgold/soulsiver, gold/silver, and crystal version.
