This is an opinion. Personally, South Park The Stick of Truth is the best RPG in my opinion. But yeah, we all have opinions.

The ui is so bad. Why dont they use all the buttons instead of making me go into a menu for talk or inspect? B should be the talk/inspect button and Y should bring up the stuff you never use
