It's Special Attack is actually higher than its Attack.

Smash is non-canon. You're looking at a game where a 2D guy and a singing blob can team up and fight a re-sized alien and a penguin with a hammer. Jigglypuff having new moves is fine.

And Pikachu hasn't been able to learn Skull Bash since Generation 2, and that was only if it was traded from R/B/Y. And Pokémon stats don't always reflect on how they act in Smash Bros..

*Its. And, sorry, I didn't know it's base Attack was the same as its base Special Attack. I just looked at Wigglytuff's base stats and figured that Jigglypuff's stats would be similar.

I'm talking about Pokémon. For example, Greninja uses more physical moves. Also, Pichu was never able to learn Skull Bash or Agility. And Mewtwo could never learn Disable.

Also, Ike has an amazing Speed stat in Fire Emblem, but he's one of the slowest fighters in Brawl.
