    only thing that comes to my mind is a stage where you travel between the different dungeon or the rescue headquarters from pokemon mystery dungeon explorers of sky

    That's pretty cool. I think Temporal Tower, Aegis Cave or the Guild from the first game would also make interesting stages.

    Definitely. Pokémon stage hazard are always fun. Saffron City and Spear Pillar are some of my favorite stages.
