    pkm with drought ability, or use the move that makes it bright sunlight. doesn't work outside battle. weather on routes changes just like in real life. ur not able to control it. hope this helps.

    i think sum routes get more rain than others, but like i said, it just like life, u never know when it rain or where or how long it last.
