    Yes it is. Give it Scald and Dragon Tailwith Leftovers -perfect burn shuffler. Besides when sleeping Milotic has boosted defense. If you have hazards -serious business.

    Actually, no, with Sleep Talk Dragon Tail has normal priority. Of course you can use Ice Beam instead. It's up to you.

    that's why it can be good. dragon tail is a great move on a rest talk milotic. but i know you run a mono-water team, so i dont know where you could get hazards. maybe qwilfish or tentacruel.

    Water types are mostly good tank, so you could make two -one physically, other specially defensive.
