Thank you, HAL Labs, for another wonderful Kirby game! The art style was, by far, my favorite aspect of this beautiful game. CHEEEERS.

  • Played it and loved it too. The art-style definitely had a lot more 'artistic flair' to it then 'Return to Dreamland's.' They seemed to use bright-colors and abstract shapes to their advantage!

  • But either way, I'm glad you liked it. Kirby definitely is a lovely series, and HAL definitely hit it out of the ball-park with this one! Makes me wonder why IGN didn't appreciate this game..

  • Definitely more vibrant. The color selection was /perfect/ in my opinion. One of the best looking 3DS games for sure.

  • IGN disliked it for the opposite reason some reviewers disliked Tropical Freeze. Difficulty was too easy instead of hard. Except they didn't do Kirby Fighters on Very Hard...

  • Agreed. One of the few, if not only, games that prove the 3DS still can have some awesome presentation... Imagine how great this art-style would look on an HD TV with the WiiU!

  • IGN missed the point entirely. GameXplain has a review that I wholeheartedly agree with. Kirby is the type of 'easy' that relaxes you.

  • ...Wii U Kirby will allow me to 'end my game' a happy player...

  • Yes! Thank you! So glad some else understands Kirby is a 'relaxation' game... Same point for 'Yoshi's New Island.' So many people expect a game to be challenging in the traditional sense.

  • Kirby presents a challenging in unlocking modes, just at your own pace (which is great!). While Yoshi's Island challenging one in nabbing all the collectables. GameXplain understands too thankfully.

  • But then again, GameXplain taught me all that. Either way, glad you appreciate it. My apologies if I turned into a 'babbling brook' there.... :)
