    technically, yes. if you earn 4 ★ medals, you can unlock the Sea Hound, a quick, short range sub. deals less damage per shot, but it also fires more shots per minute.

    Buying the full version is entirely up to you. If you do buy it you can use the subs you unlock in multiplayer. And eventually get the walrus.
