The thing is ... It's a lot more than it seems . We plan and organize and that takes hours . Trust me sorting through hundreds of shinies between 3 or more accounts is brutal .
Plus we make new ideas and its just general work . Shiny hunting for the group means , u shiny hunt for others and don't keep it for ur self . Plus what ever one person gets , everybody shares
For example ur vivilion , I'm dead sure u don't wanna give that up for the group. Unless ur willing to contribute by breeding and finding . Ur in eevee
But wait hold ur horses ! U'll find out when the others agree . It's democracy so its gotta be fair ur gonna find out in like two or three hours . Just wait :D
