I love shooters but I suck at them. Like the m-99 saber, love that gun but couldn't hit the broad side of a barn with it

    use an adept or vanguard class, your biotics can make up for poor shooting

    I use vanguard but I'm not good with adept. I can't figure out which combos set off biotic explosions.

    re: Biotic combos, start with a lasting effect like singularity, stasis or warp and combo with a different power like shockwave or warp to detonate. Also keep your weight down so you can fire the 2nd power before the 1st expires

    Exactly! You can rely on a power-based character, and also on engineers like the paladin. Just as well, you can combine lasting-effect skills, like fire and ice ones!

    Well, you could play the asari; anything you can lift or warp you can explode by using throw afterward
