    They've only won 2 of the lawsuits. Nintendo is planning to appeal those. The one that matters is the US lawsuit. They could ban the wii u if phillips wins that one.

    Yeah! Nintendo needs to win and save the Wii U! Philips has never released a motion device. Philips has no reason to be involved in the gaming industry, anyway! In fact, Nintendo is actually the first recorded company to have actually create a point-interactive motion device.
