the cane of byrna, its on death mountain but not sure if light or dark...in one of the caves on tha wall under the path just a bit left of turtle rock. if you enter one that ONLY has a path thats ONLY spikes, its the right place. need cape to walk over them safely. prize is at the end. but its optional, like the bombos medallion

I loved SR4's humor but for me its a game after beating doesn't give me much replay value (Unless trying to collect every little thing and finding every secret)
maxing health & stamina via food is enough for the trek. carried one yesterday in a normal quest just for kicks XD if you got chacha and/or kayamba, they likely will make it easy by healing you along the way. pretty easy quest overall tbh
