    Well, actually it is. Have many improvements like the sail upgrade, which allows you to travel faster and don't need to change the winds currents to navigate. You can also are able to get the color camera the first time you visit Windfall island by completing the pics quest after rescuing Tingle, and your able to save up to 12 pics whose can be used to get 12 figurines per day.

    Well... I definetly do not regret buying it again, but it's really a personal thing whether or not you think an HD-Remake is worth it's money.

    Not to mention that through Miiverse connectivity you can get plenty pics for figurines giving you a break for the task, specially with the one-chance pics.
