    Not me. There just so uncomfortable. But I've got a friend who only wears skirts. That's actually his nickname. (he never gives me credit for that) the rest of his clothing, actions, personality, etc is masculine. Maybe a feminine physique? I'm not good at telling stuff like that. He just likes to wear skirts. Every now and then he'll have a miniskirt day
