    Milotic has 289 sp def and 260 def and marvel scale it's moves are recover toxic scald and ice beam and it holds a rocky helmet and heliolisk is my mascot and is very unpredictable because it know volt switch surf grass knot and thunderbolt even if he looks weak he's my favourite Pokemon and I can use him very well
