    if you want them to be less rare I suggest you get atleast 710 or 703 pokemon =P(for teh shiny charm) you have a chance to find shinies in about 1/8176 Theres the masuda method(Breeding one two pokemon from a different region and the other from the same region)chain fishing(basically sitting in one place fishing for a shiny) and shiny chaining(you need to complete the game for this)

    explanation of easiest method: chain fishing: which is basically reeling in a pokemon each time you throw your rod without moving and of you move or get the" nothing seems to be biting message" your chain brakes

    radar is complicated, chain fishing is where you fish in one spot and keep getting bites, Masuda method is breeding, and horde farming is where you keep using sweet scent
