News: Rumor: According to my anonymous source, The Smash Bros. Wii U version will launch with free 4 dlc characters (Dixie, Ridley, Impa, and Ice Climbers). It will be available for the 3ds version as well. (Take with a grain of Salt)

    It's interesting to note that people think that the ice climbers were cut due to limitations, but I don't know if I can fully believe that because that would mean that the 3ds is weaker than the gamecube where had the ice climbers on there, and that Sakurai never said that they were cut. Intersting rumor, but I'll keep it at the back of my head.

    It does make sense to bring Ice Climbers back. The excuse of two characters not working cuz of 3ds limitation doesn't make sense. I mean look at (Rosalina&Luma)

    i don't think those 3 will be in the game. nor will there be dlc. unless they update the game or something. but then again ive been wrong before

    @James I think free DLC makes sense. I think Nintendo will keep supporting Smash Bros for the near future just like they are doing with MK8.
