Theory Time! With 48 fighters (excluding Miis) and 12 Amiibos ready at launch, I'm guessing we'll have four separate series of Smash Bros Amiibos, with 12 characters in each one. The ones we're getting now will be "Series 1" That most likely means that the 12 (and yes, it's exactly that much) unlockable fighters will be the last ones to get Amiibos made out of them, because of "spoilers" and such.
