    while playing game..suspened game by pressing the home button...then press miiverse in right hand corner...then press post...then press square in right hand corner...and BAM...theres ur pic...don't forget when u leave miiverse to press resume..:]

    hit the home button go to miiverse touch the picture icon at the top right then touch your top photo thats in the middle of the page.
