Don't wanna sound greedy, but the demo is REALLY bare-bones. Only 5 characters, Battlefield, and... that's pretty much it. No online, no extras, nothing! Come on Nintendo, you couldnt have bothered to squeeze a little more meat on this thing?

  • That's probably because it's a demo...

    Yeahs3
  • like mii fighter and smash run

    Yeahs2
  • Like you can't wait two weeks.

    Yeahs1
  • They also seem to have left out a lot of items. I know there's more legendary Pokemon than Arceus, Kyurem, and Entei!

    Yeahs1
  • What do you expect from a demo?!

    Yeahs1
  • Yeah, I know it's a demo; that's what I just said. But would it kill them to let you adjust the rules at least? Maybe allow online for people who don't have friends with 3ds's? I mean, this isn't just a demo; it's a SPECIAL demo! Now add something to make this really feel special!

    Yeahs1
  • It's a miracle we actually got a demo! I'm satisfied. Obviously I would like more content on the demo, but Nintendo isn't known for doing such things at all. I've been a Nintendo player since the old NES glory days and they never do demos for big titles such as this one. I thing the goal of this demo is to show people that smash runs smoothly on the 3ds just like on the console version.

    Yeahs4
  • like miis and smash run

    Yeahs1
  • I mean, heck, I'm pretty sure the E3 demo had more features than this! I'm pretty sure almost any other demo has more features than this, now that I think about it.

    Yeahs1
  • yeah i was expecting miis

    Yeahs1
  • I don't like it either but that's how demos are.

    Yeahs1
  • It's also more like two stages. If you press X while your cursor is over Battlefield, you can play on a flat version of it with the items turned off.

    Yeahs1
  • Yeah Pane, that's true... but if Nintendo's gonna do a demo at all, they might as well do it right! This isn't hyping me at all for the actual game!

    Yeahs1
  • You are right Sean, and I understand what you mean. I was just so surprised that we got a demo at all and basically a month before the game releases in the USA. I wasn't sure to get the 3ds version since I thought it would runs smooth like the console version. Now I'm convinced that it's almost the same experience. I can't wait for the actual game!

    Yeahs1
  • Are you serious? I mean Nintendo themselves said it would run smooth... it's definitely not like the Wii U version though. I mean that assist trophy lag...

    Yeahs1
  • um MAYBE thats because the 3ds cant hold as much as the wii U can, being a console. At least we got a demo, and a month before the release too!At least its something. Its only a few weeks before the actual release so If you dont like the demo...wait for the game! Its much like the Tomodachi Life demo code. Its special cuz it came before the actual demo!Same with smash bros.No added content. :P

    Yeahs1
  • The 3DS not holding as much as the Wii U is a bad argument. Does that mean the 3DS can't hold the full game when it releases on October 3? Of course it will. Haven't played the Tomodachi demo though so I don't know how bare that is.

    Yeahs0
  • you seem to have mistunderstood me.What i mean is it cant hold the same capacity as the wii u can in certain areas.Like graphics, cenamatic scenes, graphics and etc.Think of it as comparing the N64's "smoothness" in gameplay to the Wii U's.If you havent seen the Tomodachi Demo...um ok?idrc lol XD ummmm if u still fail to understand,OH WELL YOLO X3

    Yeahs1
  • AND BTW just cuz it can hold the full game on 3ds DOESNT mean it can hold AS MUCH as the Wii U can.Get it now?Did the caps help XD i dont like how you used the word "argument" as this wasn't meant to be one lol pooop //farts on your 3ds and it stops working// //farts away on a rainbow// HARHARHARHARHARH

    Yeahs1
