Just to get it out there Jigglypuff in SSB4 is a female. All of her costumes are bassed off the female trainers you play as through out the games (Like Serena Hat, Nurse Joy Hat, HG/SS Hat, etc.) So thats 1 more female rep yay

    Jigglypuff costume are: a red flower;leaf hat; yellow hat;a bow on her head;nurse Joy hat; Serena hat;and one I don't see clearly. I can't see Kris hat though.
