    It depends on a number of things: You must have Pokemon X. Charizardite X isn't available in Y (but it can be traded over). If you chose Charmander from Sycamore, you receive the mega stone automatically. If it was not, then the stone can be purchased from the guy on the left of the counter. Its price varies depending on your "style" in Lumoise City (from $1,000,000 to $10,000)
