I understand most of the cuts. Snake: 3rd Party, not needed Ice Climbers: You could wind up having 8 characters on the screen at a time. 3DS can't handle that. Lucas: Japanese only. Sakurai said he doesn't like including those. Squirtle & Ivysaur: Not nearly as popular as Charizard. Especially Ivysaur Wolf: I have no idea.

    Wolf: A clone of Fox, we don't need 3 Starfox characters with the same moveset.

    He was less of a clone than Falco. Wouldn't it make sense to take out or at least change falco if that was a problem
