It's good you ask! Vitamin D originally comes from the sun. Sunlight is important due to the fact that it makes you happy- but, if you don't get enough, you get more depressed. If you don't want to go outside for that, you can get Vitamin D tablets from a Vitamin Shop or a pharmacy. They are really good to take in the morning before you start your day.

Vitamin D doesn't make you silly. It just makes you more happy like I said. Don't take it just to get more "crazy". You should take it if you are depressed. You cannot abuse things like Vitamins.
