My 3ds xl circle pad broke from playing the smash demo. I take good care of my handhelds, I couldn't believe that it broke. :'(

    I was thinking since my xl was from the first batch that it could've been faulty. I bought the part on eBay so I should be good for the American smash release. ;)

    So there's 2 ways to fix this problem. You can either crazy glue which is the cheapest option. It works beautifully . Option 2 is to replace the part. Taking apart and replacing the circle pad on the 3ds xl is really easy. To take out the circle pad from the shell you have to turn it at an angle. I had to buy the circle pad with bottom shell for $15 as no one sells the circle pad.
