    Wait, it deleted it? Did you get it from the eShop? If so, you should be able to redownload it. Unless something happened to the account you used to download it.

    No, I did nothing with my account. And eShop says I have to repurchase it in order to get it back. The same thing happened with SM3DW, also.

    call nintendo. i had the same problem with a game i purchased and they were able to help me out. It took a while but it was worth it.
